Manage Booking
The guest can be refunded (net credit card processing fees) up until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time. Qualifying refund requests will be net of any credit card processing fees (Typically ~3.5% of of charged amount). Bay BnB LLC accepts prepayment by: Credit card. Qualifying requests will be refunded within 7 days.
A $300 refundable security deposit will be collected prior to guest check-in. The security deposit will be in the form of a $300 credit card hold that will be authorized but not captured. Security Deposits will be returned in full within 5-7 days of check-out provided that there is no significant damage or extra cleaning required and that guest does not owe any extra fees due to House Rule violations. Some examples of extra fees that could potentially deducted from security deposit are as follows:
A) Violation of No Smoking Anything Policy. If guest smokes anything inside listing (Cigarettes, Cigars, Vapes, Hookah, Pot or other drugs) an automatic $500 cleaning fee will be charged and the entire Security Deposit will be charged
B) Extra guest fees of $40 per extra guest per night will be deducted from security deposit for any extra guests not on the reservation that are on property past 10pm quiet hours if guest fails to pay the mandatory extra guest fee prior to check-out
C) Pet fee of $35 per pet per night will be deducted from security deposit if guest brought a pet and did not pay the mandatory pet fee prior to checking-out
D) Guests who have an uncoordinated late check-out meaning they check-out later than 10am without purchasing or coordinating a later check-out with BurgBnB will be charged up to a $150 late check-out fee which will be deducted from Security Deposit
E) If excessive cleaning is required above and beyond what is normally required to clean the listing a cleaning fee up to $100 will be deducted from the security deposit
Standard check-in is 5pm and standard check-out is 10am. Earlier check-in times and later check-out times are available for purchase based on availability for an additional fee. Paid early check-in or late check-out prices are based on the requested times. The earlier the requested early check-in time and the later the requested late check-out time the more expensive the fee will be. After booking guests will be shown the early check-in and late check-out options and given the opportunity to purchase if they want. If no early check-in or late check-outs are purchased guest will have to check-in anytime after 5pm and check-out anytime before 10am.
All guests must be on the reservation. A guest is anyone who stays at the listing any day past 10pm quiet hours. Visitors not on the reservation are allowed from 8am-10pm as long as permission is granted by BurgBnB in advance of your stay. Any visitors who stay past 10pm quiet hours are considered extra guests and a $40 per extra guest per night fee will be charged.
Pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are allowed as long as you purchase the pet fee during check-out which is $35 per pet per night. Service animals are allowed for free but must answer the following questions: 1) Is the animal required because of a disability? What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? Pets and ESA's are allowed to stay in the listing unsupervised but service animals must be with their handler at all times and are not allowed to be left alone in the listing.
No Smoking of any substance inside the listing is permitted including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana/pot, CBD, Hookah or vape. If the listing smells like any of those substances after check-out a $500 fine will be imposed.
